As soon as we receive the order form from you, you shall receive by email our offer and a proforma invoice. We shall start working when we have the acknowledgment of the payment (by fax or email).

In a maximum of 3 working days we shall be sending to you by email 3 suggestions for the symbol of your company. You may choose one of them as the final version or we may create 3 versions for one of them. Everything is included in the price of the design symbol project.

After you decide on the final version, you shall receive by email the files which contain the company symbol: a vector file "cdr" (in order to enlarge the symbol as much as you like without loosing the quality of the image), a "tif" file, CMYK, at a resolution of 300 dpi for the printed materials and a "gif" file, RGB, at a resolution of 96 dpi, so that you might benefit from the best release on the Internet.
